How to Delete Account and User Data

1. Open the Application: Launch the cat Identifier application on your device. Ensure that you have a stable internet connection to successfully perform the deletion process.
2. Access the Settings Tab: Within the application, navigate to the Settings tab. You can typically find this tab at bottom-right corner of the application interface.
3. Scroll to the Bottom: Once you are in the Settings tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page. This is where you will find the option related to account and data deletion.
4. Delete an Account (Non-Guest Users): If you are a registered user locate the option labeled "Delete an Account." Tap on this option to proceed with the deletion process.
5. Confirmation Prompt: After selecting the "Delete an Account" option, a confirmation prompt will appear to ensure that you intend to delete your account and associated data. Please read the prompt carefully and proceed only if you are certain about the deletion.
6. Account Deletion: Upon confirming the deletion, your account will be permanently removed from our system. This action will result in the deletion of all data associated with your account, including previous scan history and favorite breeds. Please note that this data cannot be recovered once the deletion process is complete.

It is important to understand that by deleting your account, you are permanently removing all personal information and data associated with it from our application. We respect your privacy and take data protection seriously.

Log Files

cat Identifier follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit app. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the app, and gathering demographic information.

Advertising Partners Privacy Policies
